This is the Privacy Policy of the website (the “Website”) made available by Dryve By Beauty, Inc. d/b/a Birdie (“DBB,” “we,” or “us”), as well as for the access to and use of any services supplied to you by DBB (“Services”). Such Services may be supplied to you through the Website or through downloadable applications provided by DBB (“Applications”). This Privacy Policy describes the information that we collect from you as part of the normal operation
of the Website, Services, and Applications, as well as how we use and disclose this information.
From time to time, DBB may revise this Privacy Policy, without notice to you, and said revisions
shall take effect immediately.

photo from each User, but only if such photo is voluntarily uploaded to the User’s account

From Users who wish to apply for a job with DBB, we collect personal information such as

2. How We Use Your Information

positions within our organization. The information we collect is not shared with or sold to other

User’s name, telephone number, email address and transactional details (i.e. the Services
requested by or performed for such User) with such third-party partner.

and Applications. Although DBB and its licensors own the code, databases, and all rights to the
Website and Applications, and any feedback you provide, you retain all rights to your data.
We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information and Content from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information and Content for improper purposes. comments publicly. You acknowledge that we may reproduce, distribute, and publish public
Content and comments. You also acknowledge that such Content and comments are publicly
accessibly. DBB cannot monitor access to public Content or comments by third parties and
therefore cannot ensure the privacy or security of such information. DBB is not responsible for
the misuse of any public Content or comments.
4. Transfer of Customer Information
Customer lists and information are properly considered assets of a business. Accordingly, if we
merge with another entity or if we sell our assets to another entity, our customer lists and
information, including personally identifiable information you have provided us, would be
included among the assets that would be transferred and we would request that the entity treat

Our Website, Services, and Applications are not directed to individuals under 18, or who are not
